Q3:What temperature can the cold room reach?  

A: Standard walk-in cooler: 0~8℃, freezer room: -18~-25℃, dual-temperature cold room available. Container cold room and walk-in cooler cabinet are default at 0~8℃ for fresh keeping.

Q4: Is the container cold room movable?

A: Yes. It is reconstructed from standard 20ft/40ft shipping container and can be lifted and transported as a whole. Equipped with insulated panel enclosure, cold room entrance door and refrigeration outdoor unit, it is suitable for temporary site, farm pre-cooling and export projects.

Q5: How can the refrigeration board ensure long-term insulation effect and prevent condensation?  

A: It comes down to the core material and connections. We use high-density, low-thermal-conductivity PIR/PU cores with a special tongue-and-groove system, ensuring seamless, tight joints that minimize cold-bridge effect and guarantee airtightness to prevent condensation.

Q6: Can it be customized according to our size and color? 

A: Sure! Customized services are one of our core advantages. We support Size customization: Length, width and thickness can be produced according to the drawings. Color customization: We offer matching with standard color cards such as RAL and Pantone, or color matching based on samples. Performance customization: Adjust the plate type and base plate strength according to requirements such as wind pressure and load.
